Impact analysis in the Putki stack

In the full Putki stack of a Professional or Enterprise edition, impact analysis is part of the stack: docker-compose-putki.impact.yml adds the graph database, the sync job, which reads every project on the stack's project volume, and a Grafana for the dashboard on port 3002.

Set two passwords in the stack's .env: the stack does not start without them.

PROJECT_GRAPH_DB_PASSWORD=...
PROJECT_GRAPH_READER_PASSWORD=...

The impact analysis Grafana uses the stack's GRAFANA_ADMIN_PASSWORD and the same single sign-on settings as the monitoring Grafana, so one sign-in works for both. It listens on 127.0.0.1:3002 (IMPACT_GRAFANA_PORT); put it behind the stack's proxy to share it.

The graph database listens on 127.0.0.1:5434 (PROJECT_GRAPH_DB_PORT), where Putki's MCP server looks for it.
